Description
The Mill of Clackriach, dating from around 1827, consists of two blocks with a later addition of a 12-foot by 2-foot 6-inch double frame all iron start-and-awe wheel positioned between them. The southern block is a single-storey structure with a basement and features a piend roof. There is a kiln on the eastern side that has a vent topped with a cock vane, and the building is constructed from pinned boulder rubble. Although the workings of the mill remain intact, it is currently disused, and the brick kiln is partly collapsed.
