Description
Cults Mill is an early to mid-19th century structure consisting of two parallel blocks that are harled. The northernmost block features a central kiln and a 12-foot overshot wheel on the south side, with a wooden outshot supported by columns on the north side. The mill has a picturesque appearance, but the workings are disused and partly dismantled.
