Description

West Church, Bankhead, was built in 1832 with later additions. It has a simple, short rectangular shape constructed from coursed granite rubble. On the south wall, there are three round-arched windows that retain their original glazing. The building features a well-designed round-arched bellcote. A later porch has been added to the west gable, and there is a hall at the east end.
