Description
4 Springhill Terrace in Cove Bay, Aberdeen, is a mid-19th century building that stands two stories tall, with a largely attic space, constructed from coursed squared rubble. The central part of the building features three windows and a centre gablet that has a recessed panel displaying a painted coat of arms. Flanking this are canted dormers, which have 4-pane sashes, while the other windows are 12-pane sashes. The entrance is through a modern door. The left section of the building is designed continuously and has two windows with 4-pane sashes, with the door located on the right side. There are also two canted dormers in this section. The right section of the building has two windows and features gablet dormer heads.
