This is a symmetrical, two-storey, three-bay house located on the corner of Aghadavoyle Road and Drumintee Road in Killevy, Newry, County Armagh. Originally built as a National School in 1881, it has since been modernised and retains no original features of particular architectural interest. The building is constructed from granite rubble with dressed granite quoins, and it has a hipped natural slate roof with brickwork supporting ogee metal rainwater goods. Chimneys rise from the centre of each side elevation. The walls are random rubble stone with cement-rendered architraves around the openings, and granite cills. The principal elevation faces north and features a modern eight-panelled timber door in the central bay. Either side of the door are top-hung 8/8 timber casement windows with brick dressing, some of which has been rendered over. On the first floor, three 3/6 top-hung casement windows are set within the gable, diminished in height and with heads at eaves level. The side elevations are blank except for single-storey porches that mirror the house's detailing, each with a modern glazed timber door, brick head, and granite keyblock on their north faces. The rear elevation has a glazed conservatory and windows detailed similarly to the front façade. The property is set within mature gardens and enclosed from the road by a modern wet-dashed and cement-rendered wall.
