Detached three-bay single-storey white-washed house, built c.1820, formerly direct-entry. Road-fronted, rectangular on plan, facing south, located on the east side of Drumquin road at a T-junction with its west gable fronting onto Drumquin Road. Pitched natural slate roof, black clay ridge tiles and three large rendered chimneystacks. Plastic rainwater goods to timber fascia. Lime-washed lime render over rubblestone walling, cement render to either gable end. Square-headed window openings, concrete sills and replacement timber casement and uPVC windows (unless otherwise stated). Three-bay front elevation with off-centre windbreaker entrance porch having lean-to slated roof and replacement timber door opening directly onto the road. West gable fronts onto Drumquin Road, set at a lower level. Rear three-bay elevation with central outshot having catslide natural slate roof. To the left of the outshot is a square-headed window opening with original 3/6 timber sash window with exposed sash box. East gable is blank.
