This is a two-storey, three-bay symmetrical farmhouse facing southeast. The building dates to between 1880 and 1899, and its appearance is confirmed by a datestone reading “1898” on the apex of the central porch. The farmhouse has a gabled slated roof with unpainted cement-rendered chimneys on each gable, and metal rainwater goods. The walls are cement-rendered and painted white. A central porch, with a gabled and barge-boarded roof, fronts the main façade. Ground floor windows are 3/3 sliding sash windows, divided into one large and two narrower panes by two vertical glazing bars. First-floor windows are similarly arranged, but with segmental heads on the top rail of each of the three panes. The building first appears on the 1901 Ordnance Survey map and was not present on the 1859 edition, confirming its later 19th-century date. The windows are currently being replaced with modern double-glazed units, a change which will alter the building's character and reduce its original fabric.
