Seapoint Cottage is a detached, one and a half storey dwelling located on Warrenpoint Road in Rostrevor. The building has been significantly altered and extended. It was surveyed during the First and Second surveys, but was not considered worthy of a full survey or listing. The building has lost a substantial amount of original fabric, due to the replacement of windows and doors. It is currently used as a house.
