Two storey/ two bay house on W side of Rath Road. House is much altered and retains no features of interest. Pitched artificial slate roof with modern overhanging eaves and dashed chimney to each gable. Plastic rainwater goods. Cement wet dashed walls. Front elevation faces E. Modern front door is to right side of the left bay with a concrete canopy over. Each bay on each floor has a large modern stained timber picture window with a concrete cill. The right gable is blank. The left gable is abutted to ground floor by a single storey block which is detailed as main one. Rear is all modern with a two-storey return at left end.
