Description

Demolished. Site now within grounds of P.S.N.I. base. Described in the first survey in 1970 as: 'Post 1834. A two-storey building with basement presenting two splayed bays to the main road, decorated with string and cill courses. The walls are rendered and the roof is slated above a square eaves-cornice on modillions. Paired columns with moulded caps. support an entablature to form porch. Windows are plain sashed. There are modern dormers on roof. A two-storey lodge with modernised return is of similar character. Extended C20.'
