Description

Detached three-bay two-storey Italianate house, built c. 1860. The building has been demolished. Also - Detached single-bay single-storey Italianate gatelodge. The lodge retains some original plasterwork but alterations and additions to the exterior have resulted in loss of original character, for example, replacement windows, gutters and roof and extension to rear. The building was not listed during the first survey and does not meet listing criteria.
