Description

This record describes a demolished detached three-bay, two-storey Italianate house, dating to approximately 1860. Alongside the house, there is a detached single-bay, single-storey Italianate gatelodge. The gatelodge retains some original plasterwork internally, although it has undergone alterations and additions to the exterior, leading to a loss of its original character. These alterations include replacement windows, gutters and roof, and a rear extension. The main house was not listed during the initial heritage survey and does not meet listing criteria. The lodge was also not listed during the first survey and remains ineligible for listing at the time of the second survey.
