This is a single-storey, three-bay vernacular dwelling, originally part of the Ballyknockan Mills group. It has been converted into an outbuilding for 66 Tullygarvan Road. The building has undergone significant alterations, including cement rendering, changes to the rear, and the removal of the original slate roof and chimneys, resulting in a loss of original character. It was surveyed during the First Survey but was not listed. A partial record was taken during the Second Survey because it is not considered worthy of a full survey or listing. The building's former use was as a house, and its current use is as outbuildings. It is privately owned and has neither architectural nor historical interest.
