It was surveyed during the First Survey but was not listed at that time. No images from this survey have been found. A partial survey was conducted during the Second Survey, but a full survey was not deemed necessary due to the building's limited architectural or historical significance. The cottage has been extensively refurbished. It is in private ownership and is not a listed building.
