Description
Fruitvale is a two-storey, three-bay farmhouse situated on Old Church Lane in Aghalee, County Down. The building was surveyed as part of the First and Second Surveys, but was not considered worthy of full listing. It has been extended and now features replacement windows, which have significantly diminished its architectural interest. It is currently used as a house and was formerly used as a house. It is not a listed building.
