Fort Hill Integrated College is a modern school building constructed in 1959. It comprises several two- and three-storey blocks of frame construction with curtain walling, arranged around a central courtyard. The building was surveyed during initial heritage assessments but was not selected for formal listing due to limited architectural or historical significance. It remains in use as a school.
