Description
The Auld House, formerly located at 27 Church Road, Moneyrea, Newtownards, County Down, was a single-storey and two-storey house dating to the late nineteenth century. It was initially surveyed in the First Survey but not listed, and was considered to be of limited architectural interest at that time. The building has since been demolished and replaced with a modern public house. A partial survey was undertaken during the Second Survey to record its former presence. The building is not listed, and possesses no recorded architectural or historical interest. It was of private ownership.
