Description

Orrfield is a late-eighteenth century house, dated 1786, located on Trench Road, Hillsborough, County Down. It is a three-bay, two-storey building with a portico. The house was surveyed during the First Survey but was not listed, and a partial record was taken during the Second Survey because it was not deemed worthy of a full survey; it was formerly numbered HB19/04/007. The building has undergone significant alterations, losing its original appearance with the replacement of its roof with artificial tiles, the rendering of the walls with pebbledashing, and the installation of uPVC windows. It currently functions as a house.
