It is necessary to turn southwards at Drumguiff Cross Roads to reach the dwelling and the total distance to be travelled from Lisnaskea is approximately four miles. The front faces north-east and overlooks a garden. Entrance to the site is by means of a courtyard of which the south-west elevation of the rear of the building forms one side. The construction of the one-and-a half storey house is of stone with a roughcast and whitened finish The roof that is thatched between plastered skews rises slightly above the entrance to accommodate a small three-pane window that lights the landing. There is a plain chimneystack, with one pot and spark arrester, above the central hearth. The front entrance, with four-panel door and sidelights, is flanked to the left (south-east) by two, and to the right (north-west) by one, vertically sliding windows, all with sashes divided into two by vertical glazing bars. Entry at the rear is by means of a half door gazed at the top and panelled below. The finish is stain. There is one window to the left (north-east) of the rear door, and three to the right (south-east). The second and the third openings are placed towards the right hand extremity of the elevation. Each gable has a single sashed window. All of the fenestration is if a similar type and the sashes are provided with horns. No rainwater goods.
