Crooked Bridge, Dooish TL, Omagh, Co Tyrone

The Crooked Bridge, located in Dooish TL near Omagh, County Tyrone, is a road bridge over the Drumquin River. Constructed of rubble, it features two segmental arches with scabbled voussoirs. A central cutwater is present, and the base has been repaired using concrete. The bridge is approximately 20 feet wide over the parapets and is overgrown with ivy. It is set at an angle across the river. The bridge’s condition is fair. It was marked as "Crooked Bridge" on an Ordnance Survey map from 1833. The bridge does not meet the criteria to merit a full survey and is not listed for either architectural or historical interest.
