Fairview House, Off Lenamore Road, Londonderry, BT48 8NA

Fairview House was a two-storey house, likely built between 1840 and 1859, located off Lenamore Road in Shantallow, Londonderry. The house was indicated on an Ordnance Survey map of 1853, though it was not named on that map. Initially listed in category B on 20 August 1976, it was later delisted on 31 August 1990 and subsequently demolished to make way for a new road.

The house had roughcast rendered walls and a slated roof. The upper floor had three double-hung windows with plain surrounds and full astragals. The entrance was recessed within a segmental arched opening with simple radial glazing in the fanlight, flanked on either side by triple double-hung windows.

The Londonderry Development Commission made a vesting application for the building in 1972, and the Northern Ireland Housing Executive (NIHE) gained ownership in 1976. It was heavily vandalized before its demolition. A former occupant was W. Porter, proprietor of The All Cash Stores in Londonderry.
