Description

1 Seaview Terrace is a two-storey, end-of-terrace house, one of a group of ten, built between 1860 and 1879 in the Carrivemurphy townland. The building has replacement uPVC windows and a modern extension to the southwest side, measuring approximately 1.5 storeys in height. It was formerly and currently serves as a terraced house. Due to a lack of significant architectural or historical interest, only a partial survey was undertaken. 1 Seaview Terrace is not a listed building.
