This is a two-storey, mid-terrace house built between 1860 and 1879. It is one of ten houses forming a terrace located on Garron Road, in the townland of Carrivemurphy, County Antrim. The building has replacement uPVC windows. A partial survey was undertaken, but a full survey was not considered necessary due to the limited architectural or historical interest. It currently operates as a residential property.
