Description

This is a red brick, gabled house of 1907, designed by William Fennell and located within the Malone Lower conservation area. The building has a plain design, with a turned wooden corner post to its open verandah and an Art Nouveau pattern in the leaded glass of the porch window. Refurbishment works were underway in May 2024. The building is not listed, and a partial survey indicated it is not of sufficient interest to warrant a full survey.
