Description

67 Myrtlefield Park is a villa built in 1914 by James Scott. It is a roughcast building with a yellow brick chimney and art nouveau lights. The roof is hipped and covered with Rosemary tiles. The villa has original timber casement windows, including a single-storey bowed window to the front featuring curved glass. The original front door and ironmongery remain. While retaining historic character, the front facade has been altered with the addition of a two-storey bay on the right-hand side. The overall design is typical of houses in this area. The building is located within a conservation area.
