Description

69 and 71 Myrtlefield Park are a pair of two-storey, semi-detached houses built in an Italianate style. They are located in the Malone Lower townland of Belfast and are situated within a conservation area. The houses feature gabled bays topped with timber finials and single-storey, flat-roofed canted bays. Windows have moulded plaster surrounds, and the original timber panelled front door is set within a side porch with recessed columns on either side. The roof is covered with natural slate. While a typical house type in Belfast, the buildings retain their original windows.
