Description

This is a two-storey Arts and Crafts style house built in 1922 by Thomas Eagar. The exterior is finished with painted roughcast, and features half-timbering to the central section of the first floor. A stone open porch is topped with a natural slate roof. The windows are a mix of 1/1 timber sash windows and leaded casement windows. The property is located within a conservation area, although its design is not considered sufficiently special to warrant individual listing.
