Description

This is a two-storey, double-fronted detached house of red brick construction with pink sandstone engaged pilasters to the central section. It features two-storey canted bays on each side and a natural slate roof. The house is a common type found in Belfast. It is located within the Malone Lower townland and situated within a conservation area. Although a partial survey was undertaken, the building is not considered of sufficient interest to warrant a full survey and is currently not listed.
