Description

This is a red brick, double-fronted house dating from the Edwardian period, situated in Malone Lower, Belfast. It is a fairly common house type found in Belfast, originally built as part of a terrace. The property features a two-story canted bay window on the right-hand side and retains its original Edwardian windows to the front. The roof is covered with natural slate. Although a full survey was not considered necessary due to limited architectural interest, the building sits within a conservation area.
