This is a double-fronted, red-brick house located in Myrtlefield Park, Malone Lower, Belfast. The building dates to an unknown period and is currently in residential use. It features single-storey canted bays on the ground floor, positioned either side of a round-headed entrance. The house retains original 1/1 sash windows.
