Description

This is a house built in 1925 by Thomas Eagar. It is a roughcast building with artificial stone detailing around the doorway, characteristic of Eagar's work. In 2012, alterations were made, including an opening up of the ground floor layout, and the removal of a garage door on the left-hand side, which was replaced with a window. The house sits within the Malone Lower conservation area.
