Built in 1873, 25 and 27 Osborne Park are two semi-detached Italianate style houses. They are constructed of stucco and are two storeys in height. The ground floor features projecting bay windows. The windows are timber, with a 1/1 sash configuration, and have decorative surrounds. Side entrance porches retain their original front doors. Both houses have been extended to the rear.
