Description
This is a pair of two-and-a-half-storey semi-detached red brick houses, built in 1899. They are in the Queen Anne revival style and were possibly designed by Thomas McCaul. The houses feature pedimented stucco doorcases, decorative bargeboards with a quatrefoil motif, and a gothic arched brick chimneystack. The building is located within the Malone Lower townland and sits within a conservation area. While a full survey was not undertaken, the building represents a fairly common design found in Belfast, although uPVC windows have been fitted to the dormers.
