Description
Built in 1874, 11 and 13 Osborne Park are a pair of semi-detached Italianate style houses. They are two storeys high and constructed of stucco. Each house features a projecting two-storey bay with paired timber sash windows with one pane per sash to the front. Side entrance porches are also present. Number 11 has uPVC windows to the gable, while number 13 has a modern conservatory to the rear and its original rear return has been replaced or altered with a larger volume. The properties represent part of the earliest development along Osborne Park and sit within a conservation area.
