Description

This is a two-storey house, known as "The Presbytery," designed in 1889 by Alex McAlister. The house is stuccoed and has channelled rustication on the ground floor. Since 1889, replacement guttering has been fitted, the front entrance steps have been modified with a ramp, and alterations have been made to the grounds. These changes, along with other modifications, mean the building is no longer considered to possess sufficient architectural or historical interest to warrant a full survey. The property is located within the Malone Lower conservation area.
