This was an asymmetrical, two-storey, three-bay house with a limewashed exterior and a slated roof, situated on Mill Road in Banbridge. The building has been demolished and replaced with a modern house. The listing is a record only, and there is no associated architectural or historical interest. A partial survey was undertaken.
