The building was an asymmetrical, two-storey linear house with a slated roof, limewashed walling, and 2/2 sash windows. It stood at 64 Halfway Road, Banbridge, County Down. The building has now been demolished and replaced with modern housing. A partial survey was undertaken. The building was designated as a Grade D1 Record Only.
