This is an end-terrace, single-storey cottage with an attached windmill, situated in Ballyholme on the outskirts of Bangor. Both the cottage and the windmill have undergone alterations, which have resulted in a loss of historic character and interest. Consequently, they do not meet the criteria for listing. A partial survey has been undertaken.
