11 Dunevly Road, Dunevly, Cloghy, Newtownards, Co. Down, BT22 1NB

The remains of a single-storey, gabled house with an attic, likely dating to the mid-19th century, are located at the end of a short farm track off Dunevly Road. The front (northwest) facade retains parts of a plain, double timber door with a four-pane sidelight to the right and a segmental-arched fanlight featuring stained glass with a floral pattern. To the left of the door are remnants of a sliding sash and case window with horizontal and vertical astragals; a similar window is present to the right. There are also remnants of sliding sash and case attic windows high in both gables. A small lean-to extension occupies the centre of the rear, and various window openings exist in both the extension and the rear of the building, along with remains of modern style steel window frames. The entire facade is covered in plain render, with a pitched roof covered in Bangor blue slates and two rendered chimney stacks. A cast iron gutter survives along the front. Gabled outbuildings are attached to the southwest gable.

The house is not shown on the 1834 Ordnance Survey map and may have been built around 1840-1850. It was occupied when first surveyed in December 1970, but is now recorded as derelict. Evidence for the property's existence comes from primary sources including Ordnance Survey Maps, 1st revision, 1860, Co. Down, and the 2nd valuation for Ardkeen, circa 1863.
