Formal two storey farm house of c.1900, set on a hill about a mile from the south east coast of the Ards peninsula (c.3 miles E of Portaferry), with large two storey rear return and modern flat roofed entrance porch. Front (west) elevation is largely symmetrical. Roughly to the centre is a flat roofed porch with timber and glazed door with large adjoining two pane sidelight/window to left. Sides of porch blank. To left of porch is large modern four pane timber window with small top hung upper openers and smooth cement surround with small moulded keystone. Similar window to right of porch. Three similar windows to first floor with cill course. North gable of main building has narrower two pane timber window to left on ground floor with smooth cement surround with two similar windows to first floor set in segmental arch head openings and cill course. South gable has two windows, as north gable, to first floor. Rear has large two storey gabled return with a flat roofed extension to right (north) of return and smaller lean-to extension to left and single storey pitched (felt) roof extension (with store) attached to gable of return. This extension merges with a single storey garage. Both return and extensions have modern PVC windows of various sizes with various casement and top hung openings and are all finished in rough cast render. Roof of main house and return pitched with Bangor blue slates, with four yellow brick chimney stacks to main roof with one to roof of return, all with dentilled corbelling and uniform pots. Stone parapets to main roof and return. PVC gutters and down spouts. Main building finished in rough cast render with moulded chamfered quoins. Low rough cast render wall around small front garden. There are two adjacent cast iron water pumps.
