The buildings at 22-24 Pierview Terrace are a pair of late-nineteenth century, semi-detached, symmetrical two-storey houses. They overlook the south shores of Belfast Lough, located on Kinnegar Road in Holywood. The houses have undergone alterations and refurbishments, including replacement roofs, windows, and doors, which have diminished their original character.
