Shilvodan (Old Grave Yard), Craigstown Road, Drumkeeran, Randalstown, Antrim, Co Antrim

This is a raised graveyard of uncertain date and function, thought to potentially date back before 1600. It is a scheduled monument (ANT43:11). The graveyard is irregular in shape, with embankments partly faced with stone, and a rough, grassy surface containing many embedded stones. Mature trees ring part of the perimeter. The site sits in a rural area, located in a corner of a field. A public road runs approximately 1.5 metres below the graveyard on the north-west side, appearing to have truncated part of the burial ground. A modern trackway along the south-west edge also seems to overlie the original perimeter. There are no visible gravestones, graves, building foundations, or stone circles.

The site was known in the early 19th century as a burial ground for unbaptised children and desolate persons, although it was not then considered ancient. Initially, only a few graves were present. It is possible the site originated as an Early Christian rath. The graveyard was not shown on the Ordnance Survey map of 1829, but appears on the 1858 map as "Shilvodan (Old Grave Yard)". Local accounts suggest it may have been used as a mass burial site during penal times. Three fieldstone circles previously recorded in a 1972 survey were later identified as modern haystack bases.
