Mossley House, Ballyhenry, Co Antrim

Mossley House stood in Ballyhenry, County Antrim. The building, an L-shaped house, was partly two and partly three storeys in height. It has since been demolished, and the site is now under construction as part of the Newtownabbey Borough Council complex. The house had sash windows with margin panes, slated roofs, and carved bargeboards. It was extended from the form depicted on an Ordnance Survey map of 1833. The United Association of Heritage Societies of Antrim and Ballymena recorded the house in 1969, with a visit on 15 February 1972. There are no associated images within the record. The building is no longer standing and is not listed for its architectural or historical interest.
