Description

This is a detached, three-bay, two-storey stone farmhouse built around 1840. It was originally a house, but has been converted into offices for the Courtyard Theatre of Newtownabbey, serving as an entertainment building. While most of the original external detailing remains, the building has undergone extensive alterations. These include the installation of solar panels on the roof, the removal of architraves from the square-headed windows, and the replacement of the original windows with uPVC casements. Due to these alterations, the building no longer possesses sufficient historic or architectural interest to be considered for listing.
