Description
This is a former mill building, now used as a house, located on the west side of Clady Road, Dunadry. Constructed c.1820, it is a split-level building of basalt and brick. The building is rectangular in plan and built into a bank, resulting in a west elevation that is two-storey high and an east elevation that is single-storey. A one-and-a-half-storey addition extends to the north, which is further abutted by a double-height storage shed.
