Description

This is a cast iron roadsign from the late 19th century located in Chapel Allerton. It features a tall circular post with three arms. The arm pointing southeast has raised lettering that reads "Stoughton Wedmore," the arm to the northwest reads "Badgworth Weare Axbridge," and the arm to the south reads "C Allerton Mark Bladeford." The post is topped with a prominent ball finial.
