The building is two storeys and five bays, featuring two- and three-light stone mullioned windows with ovolo moulding; the ground floor windows are topped with stopped labels. A doorway, originally central, is set within a stone surround with an edge roll moulding and a dripmould, and has a plank door. A raised stone lettering plaque above the door reads "B.T.M. 1689”.
