Description

The gatepiers and gates at the churchyard entrance of the Church of St John the Baptist are a pair of tall square piers made of red stone, likely dating from the mid-19th century. They are located at the south-west corner of the churchyard and feature curved tops above cornices and Gothic panelled sides. Between the piers, there are double iron gates. These gatepiers and gates, along with the Church of St John the Baptist, form a cohesive group.
