Description
Manor Farmhouse is an inn that has been converted into a farmhouse, likely dating from the 17th century, with a refronting and extension from the early 19th century. The building is rendered and colourwashed, featuring a pantile roof with coped verges and five large brick stacks. It has a double pile plan and stands two storeys high with a layout of four bays on the left and two bays on the right. The first floor has 12-pane flush mounted sash windows, while the ground floor includes two flat-roofed canted bays. The left bay has paired 12-pane sash windows on the front face and 6-pane sash windows on each side. The right bay features a 16-pane sash window on the front face and 6-pane sash windows on each side, along with two additional 16-pane sash windows on the ground floor. The entrance is located between the fourth and fifth bays, consisting of a 6-panelled door with the top two panels glazed, and is sheltered by a projecting pent-roofed tiled hood supported by wooden brackets.
