Description
Rose Cottages is a cottage that has been divided, dating from the late 17th century to the early 18th century. It is rendered over cob and features a double Roman tile roof with brick stacks at the gable ends and above the main entrance. The building has a lobby entry plan and consists of two storeys with four bays. The first floor has two-light casements, while the ground floor includes two 16-pane sash windows to the left of the original entrance and one to the right. The end bay on the right has a 20th-century partially glazed door that has been inserted.
