No. 20 Paul Street is a house dating from around 1750. It features roughcast exterior, a brick stack, and a pantile roof with a coped verge on the right side. The building has three storeys and one bay, with 16-light sash windows set in reveals. To the left, there is a plain square-headed stone doorcase topped with a triangular pediment, which frames a four-panelled door.
